Ricky Shockley is the Co-Owner and Marketing Director of Shockley Marketing, where he leads the company’s client strategy, digital marketing initiatives, and fulfillment team. With extensive experience in search marketing, paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and business strategy, Ricky is passionate about helping businesses achieve measurable, long-term growth through proven digital marketing strategies.
As the founder and host of the Med Spa Success Strategies Podcast and YouTube channel, Ricky regularly shares marketing insights, industry trends, and practical strategies designed specifically for medical aesthetics practices. He also leads Med Spa Magic Marketing, Shockley Marketing’s niche agency dedicated exclusively to helping medical spas grow through customized digital marketing solutions.
An SEO and digital marketing enthusiast who is always learning, Ricky enjoys staying ahead of industry trends and implementing innovative strategies that deliver real results for clients. His expertise and insights have been featured on publications including CIO.com, Examiner, Search Engine Watch, and other industry resources.
Outside of work, Ricky enjoys spending time with his family, serving others, and continuously learning new ways to help both clients and the team succeed.
Mary Shockley
Owner | Operations Director
Mary Shockley is the Co-Owner and Operations Director of Shockley Marketing. Working alongside her husband, Ricky, Mary oversees the company’s operations, administration, human resources, internal systems, and process development. She is passionate about creating efficient workflows, supporting the team, and building the operational foundation that allows the company to deliver exceptional service and continue growing.
While Ricky leads the company’s marketing strategy and client fulfillment efforts, Mary focuses on the internal side of the business—developing policies and procedures, improving systems, managing company operations, and supporting the team behind the scenes. Together, they are committed to building a company centered on integrity, excellence, and long-term relationships with both clients and employees.
Prior to co-founding Shockley Marketing, Mary was a licensed Realtor, managed an upscale pet spa in South Florida, and continues to assist with operations for her family’s business, L&M Processing LLC, in Northeast Ohio.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with Ricky and their children, being outdoors, and making memories with family and friends.
Amra Seferi
Operations Manager
Amra is the Operations Manager at Shockley Marketing and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Digital Marketing and Analytics. In her role, Amra oversees the company’s internal operations, helping streamline processes, improve efficiency, support the team, and ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly. She works closely with leadership to manage internal systems, documentation, team support, and operational initiatives that help keep the company organized and positioned for growth.
Born in Bosnia, her parents escaped war, making a pit stop in Croatia where she was born. They continued to the U.S., settling in Jacksonville, Florida. Amra approaches both her personal and professional life with dedication. Beyond marketing, she enjoys movies, reading, and time with family, friends, and fur babies, Cleo and Miso. Her diverse background and genuine passion make her a valuable asset to Shockley Marketing.
Andrea Mendoza
Marketing Design Assistant
Andrea works as the Marketing Design Assistant for Shockley Marketing. She has years of experience in a variety of industries and in various family businesses. She currently assists in creating our ad designs and landing page builds that are critical to the success of our Facebook & Instagram ads results.
Andrea has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Master’s Degree in Marketing. This education has been the foundation to her extensive background in entrepreneurial business in the manufacturing, retail and service industry. She is originally from Honduras, and she is also fluent in Spanish.
Andrea is married, has seven amazing children and enjoys spending time with her family and going on outdoor adventures with them.
