Prior to taking the lead at Shockley Marketing Rick has had a long and successful career as an on-air radio personality and programming director. During that time, Rick gained extensive experience in broadcast marketing, advertising & promotions while working with media companies like CBS Radio and Cox Radio.
Rick now applies that experience in marketing and management to lead the Shockley Marketing team with operations, business development, customer relations and community outreach.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, where he majored in marketing, Ricky worked for several different South Florida based Internet Marketing agencies specializing in web-based marketing. Before launching Shockley Marketing in 2012, Ricky also spent time working as an expert freelancer for several businesses and agencies throughout Florida. During this time, Ricky learned more about the in’s and out’s of digital marketing in great detail while working on a variety of accounts ranging from local businesses to celebrities and national retailers.
With extensive experience in Search Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Public Relations and more, Ricky has become and expert in developing and implementing strategies that integrate a variety of cutting-edge mediums with proven results.
